What could be tastier than a traditional pie with lots of onion and cow telemeal?

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon old

200 ml of water

250 g white flour

1 teaspoon dried yeast


4 strands green onion

200 gr telemea (salted cheese)


400 ml oil, fried

Method of preparation

Fry a dough out of the mentioned ingredients, then leave it in a warm place for about 50 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Add the cheese to the grater, then mix with the finely chopped onion. Divide the dough into 10 pieces of approximately equal size, cut them into circles, then fill them with cheese.

Close the pie in the form of a semicircle and fry them in the hot oil.

Leave the pies on the drain, on the kitchen towels.
