Eat as much as possible blueberries fresh, or chew dried beans. You can also drink a decoction made from 60 grams of grains soaked for one hour in one liter of warm water. Heat it slowly until it starts to boil. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes, then macerate until the liquid becomes warm. Drink half a cup every hour. This process gives excellent results.
